Transformational Breathwork is a powerful modality that augments the quality of one’s life by locating areas of the body that physically store negative emotion and rewiring negative breathing habits that inhibit the natural healing process.

This class introduces the foundations of Transformational Breathwork for those with little to no experience or for those who wish to expand upon their existing technique. In this session students will participate in guided breathwork meditation and practical discussion.
