This class explores mindful movement through exercises in meditation and improvisation. Catered to the health and wellness practitioner; students will expand upon their application of kinesiology, practice physical and mental awareness, and develop a better appreciation for body mechanics. This class is for those who wish to move through their space with more grace and efficiency.
