Uncover the mystery of sound healing therapies. We will discuss the ancient origins of using sound for healing the body, different instruments, breakdown of frequency & entrainment, and how sound interfaces with the human system. We’ll end with a healing sound meditation led by Alexi! 

In this class, we will go over:

-What are the sound healing instruments?

-What is sound?

-The energy centers

The class will be finished up with a sound bath lead by the instructor, Alexi May.
